🌙 Step Into Dreams – An Immersive Sensory Wellness Experience 🌙
The Inclusion Hub warmly invites you into a calming, inclusive space inspired by the theme of dreams. This immersive sensory room has been lovingly designed as a gentle retreat where adults — and families too — can pause, unwind, and explore at their own pace.
Bathed in soft sensory lights and dreamlike visuals, you’ll be embraced by an atmosphere of serenity. The soothing tones of singing bowls will ground your body, quiet your mind, and invite you to drift into a state of deep relaxation. Within this tranquil setting, you’ll be encouraged to reflect, imagine, and connect with your own inner landscape. Gentle practices such as affirmation selection and creation will offer space to nurture aspirations and plant seeds of positivity.
This is a come-as-you-are experience — no expectations, no pressure. You may choose to simply rest and allow the sounds to wash over you, or gently explore light, playful interactions. Surrounded by calming soundscapes and dream-inspired elements, you’ll find the freedom to breathe, restore, and rediscover your sense of calm.
Guiding this journey are Ananda, a compassionate sound healer, and Rachel, an inspiring drama practitioner and storyteller. Together, they will hold the space with care, inviting you on a dreamlike voyage through sound, story, and imagination.

Instructions
This session is welcome to all ages. This is a drop in session so you can stay however long you wish to during the hour session. Parent/Carers must stay for the duration of the session.
There will be a Redbridge Outdoor Arts Programme show outside the Leisure Centre from 2-3pm, we ask our attendees to join and and experience the show.

Please note there is not a hoist, and we can accommodate participants remaining in their wheelchairs if coming out is a barrier to attending, please highlight this when booking. hello@freeingpotential.co.uk
